Gilead Balm was registered in 2008 under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 1990 but on the 26th January, 2015, the name was changed to Gtext Media and investment Limited.
This company is founded by Stephen Akintayo. Its corporate head office is at Ogba, Lagos with extended offices at Maitama in Abuja.
The Company is also registered in the United States. It started as a digital marketing company, an online platform of marketing products and services encompassing email marketing, blogging or Web marketing, social media marketing and so on.
It has however grown tremendously over the years diversifying into various sectors of business including Real Estate. A part of its venture is Gtext homes which involves construction, management and development of Real Estate properties. These properties are located in various lucrative parts of Nigeria; residential, commercial and industrial areas.
Lagos State, the centre of excellence is regarded as the commercial nerve of Nigeria; it is home to various multinational as well as local industries. In spite of census figures to the contrary, it is arguably the most populous State in Nigeria with approximately 14 milllion people calling it home. Real Estate development in Lagos has witnessed a tremendous surge in recent times.

You can invest with a maximum amount of N1, 000,000,000 (One billion naira) at the prevailing exchange rate of 360 which amounts to 240963.86 USD. Or with a minimum of N5, 000,000.00 (Five million naira) at the prevailing exchange rate of 415 which amounts to $12,048.195; with a guaranteed 20% per annum return on investment. Therefore, at the end of the year, an investor gets his initial investment capital and a 20% return on said investment.
This includes cost of construction of roads, parks and gardens, recreation centers and other amenities. The company expects to reach profitability in the first year and does not anticipate any cash flow problems. We conservatively believe that during the first year, average profitability per month will be adequate.
Proposed Takers – Our business model is to market our Real Estate properties to a consistent stream of motivated buyers willing to purchase at fair prices. We market our services to property owners or future property owners who are highly motivated to purchase these properties.
Acquisition – Mortgage, Off-takers, Installment etc.
However, the 20% return on investment amount can be gotten quarterly or yearly depending on the investors’ decision.
At the end of the year, investors willing to reinvest or withdraw shall email us of their decision, and in turn we shall respond within three weeks of our acceptance, rejection or whatever decision intended to be taken.
For the investors/parties intending to withdraw, we demand a 90 days period to pay back initial capital, but we if fail to do this, the investor shall get a land in one of our estates in the equivalent at 25% discount but at the prevailing amount of the land at the material time
